been carefully selected from each distillery by Mr Dugas and his rum master These exclusive rum casks were aged and blended in their home country, from all over the world, and
bottled exclusively by Dugas in France. One will find an extraordinary diversity of flavors and styles, from each cask, due to the different sugar basis molasses, sugarcane honey or pure “ sugarcane juice, offering different styles of rum French, English Spanish. The unique labels in the series were inspired by vintage rum labels that we found in the collection of a rum aficionado.

Tasting notes:

Mauritius 2012 :
Nose: fresh sugar cane, white fruits (peach), spices, peppery notes, dried apricot
Body: bright attack, candied fruits, dried vanilla, precious wood
Finish: long and well balanced finish with woody notes

St. Lucia 2015 :
Nose: Spices, Honey, Strawberry, Ripe Banana, Vanilla and oak.
Palate: smooth attack, Ripe Apple, Raisin, Toffee
Finish: woody and spicy with notes of Toffee, Strawberry, Orange

Panama 2010 :
Nose: Fruity, orange blossom, vanilla
Body: creamy, vanilla, smooth spices, black fruits, cherry pit
Finish: Woody, caramel and softly spicy.
